What are the payment options?

Pay pal is an option if you do not wish to use your credit or bank cards. All payments are secured through the respective payments options.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on many of our products because they cannot be returned to fulfillment centers during SARS-Cov2.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time.

What is S.T.E.M. K12 branded merchandise?

STEM K12 branded merchandise is our very own design. These designs help us fund teacher programs we'd like to offer. They are great for fundraisers for schools also. Contact us for deals on fundraiser graphics.

What is STEM?

The STEM label shows that these are toys or products perfect for STEM education in-class, or at home. We search for the most unique and best out there for you to use for your education in STEM.

How do we price items?

We price our merchandise on several factors. One is funding teacher programs to support teachers in-class, or if they have to distance teach because of an unsuspected closure. Second, we have to factor in our fulfillment centers charge to us and the shipping fees they charge us from within the USA or the international shipment. Most products are international as far as France due to limited local fulfillment centers like our STEM K12 branded merchandise. We try to keep our products as low as possible to give the best abrgain price to our customers.

What is the lowest price?

Anything marked the lowest price, is the lowest price we can put on any product. these are definitely bargain items you may not find at those prices elsewhere.

How is the shipping price determined?

Our pricing is determined based on various factors. We use the USPS as a shipping fee guide. We also look at the product size and how it most likely would be shipped-envelope versus a  box. There is free shipping on purchases over $250 for those who subscribe, but this is the best pricing we can offer currently without losing revenue as we offer the lowest price possible on products.

What is Bulk label?

There are actually two Bulk label types.

One is if the fulfillment center offers an item in bulk, such as pencils. Instead of individual purchase, they offer multiple pencil packs 

The other bulk would be our fundraiser items.  These items are sold in orders of 10 starting at the lowest price plus shipping.

Why do I see the same product twice or more?

We have numerous suppliers, all with their own pricing. We try to stay in stock on STEM items and will have numerous suppliers to fulfill those areas. We try to find comparable pricing and try to offer discounts when we cannot find comparable pricing.

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

We use USPS shipping prices to determine the cost of shipping individual items. Items are charged individually as we do not control multiple purchases to where can use one box. Our fulfillment centers do all the shipping for us so we can save on facility costs and bring the great prices to our customers. If for any reason the shipping fee will be $20 when shipping fees are unavailable to calculate individual items, this is a default shipping fee so we don't lose funds for our programs.

Many of our STEM K12 branded merchandise is shipped within the USA, but if for any reason due to unexpected natural disasters or safety closures, our products may come from international fulfillment centers, as any other product. We cannot control fulfillment center shipping and will not have control in the order items are packed and time of shipment. All products are supposed to be tracked and customers should receive automated emails on product time. If there is any concern of shipment information, please email stemk12azinfo@gmail.com and we will take a look and see if we can get you any pertinent information.

Many of our other suppliers are stationed all over the world, China, France, etc. Suppliers are estimating 12-20 days, or 39-50 days for delivery of items.

STEM K12 USA's, CEO  affirms commitment to helping those in need. "Here at STEM K12 USA, we want people to know that if they want to make online and blended learning a part of their crisis response planning, we are prepared to quickly lend a helping hand now and in the future." We are reimaging the nation's public education by incorporating Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics with today's technology access bringing the classroom into the home with ease as a supplement program and/or full program for credit requirements.

Our program is designed to encourage a love of science and learning while supporting teachers in the classroom and out at the home level with parent's participation instilling the lessons students learn in the school day.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

We cannot offer refunds on many products such as face masks as our fulfillment centers/manufacturers cannot accept returns. We try to provide quality products. However, if you have received a product in poor print quality or manufacturing defect. We will remove any defected item that poses a safety risk to children, or others. Please send images to stemk12azinfo@gmail.com so we can take care of this. STEM K12 USA doesn't pay for return shipping. We will make every effort to keep our customers happy on a case-by-case base. Most offers will be free shipping on items $25 and over once we received images pertaining to malfunction, or pose a threat to children. We request such items that pose a risk to children, or others, to be discarded as most items we wouldn't be able to receive.

For other suppliers, they each have there own return policy. Many are 15 days from the time of arrival. Others are 90-day satisfaction but are unclear if its from time of order or time of arrival. Currently, we do not see any supplier offering holiday return dates. See individual product policy.

They are a small agency with a large mission, and they work to ensure the safety of consumers every day.
